I realized, around 1:00, that it was in fact 1:00 and that I was still at my desk. . . and that I was starving! Remembering I had a few things here at the office, I walked away from my desk & into the kitchen. Into a bowl I poured one cup of cooked pasta (leftover from dinner with my Dad), scattered in some sugar snap peas, grape tomatoes and broccoli (brought to snack on with hummus) and covered all this in cling film. Microwaving for three minutes steamed the veggies to a perfect crisp doneness and warmed the pasta through. I then stirred in two wedges of french onion Laughing Cow Light spreadable cheese. The result was delicious (and only 7 Weight Watchers Points Plus).
